WebMD Ignite sponsored this year’s MHK Client Summit, where health plan leaders and innovators gathered to share insights on the future of healthcare technology and care management. The event brought together organizations committed to improving how we deliver personalized member experiences that drive better health outcomes.

A major highlight for our team was the opportunity to lead a featured session: "Leveraging AI for smarter, personalized care management."  We explored how artificial intelligence is transforming the way care managers identify member needs, prioritize outreach, and tailor engagement — ultimately enabling better outcomes and more efficient use of resources.

From predicting member risk to customizing communication strategies, AI enables care managers to act earlier, with greater precision.

2. Personalization isn’t optional — it’s expected
